Nicola was quick to respond to queries and provide information. Very helpful in arranging delivery to home. Delivery driver was also excellent. Everyone involved inclulding reception, sales and delivery were friendly and helpful.

We visited your MINI centre to procure a mini through the gov. mobility scheme, so were aware it wouldn't attract a normal commission. We would never have known, illustrating Tom's genuine care and concern to ensure total satisfaction for everyone.

The challenge with Inchcape Chelmsford is the integrity behind their service findings. I feel they highlight problems with cars which have not been bought from them. Either that or they have inaccurate equipment testing basic areas e.g. tyre treads

I had a panic as an oil light came on so popped into service dept and they put my mind at rest and advised booked a service. I called as I have an EMAC service plan and the car was booked in quickly and I had a courtesy car. Brilliant service.

Feels a bit mean to moan about the prices as I have no idea how they compare but the cost seemed a tad high. i'm not convinced the valet was thorough there was still bits of rubbish round the gear stick gaiter but nothing I can't cope with

Recall work done. No valuation and car was not cleaned as expected. I understand the reasons why, but don't offer the clean if it is not possible because of it being a recall. Almost feels like it was left because I wasn't spending money on a service

I had two issues with the car and was told that to diagnose each problem would cost £150. I consider that scandulous. Whilst I'm happy to pay for the problem to be sorted, a charge to diagnose the problem is out of order. I did not have the work done

Generally extremely efficient and helpful. The BMW end of warranty check was withdrawn between booking the car in and the service date and was not advised of this in advance of the service date and is the reason for 4 rather than 5 stars.
